Meet Megan Deitchler | Salon Manager

Hi there!
My journey working in the salon has been amazing. In and out of the building I have been able to make so many great connections. I love getting to know the team and the clients in order to better serve them. As a manager, I am a multitasker and communicator. I have grown as a leader and love coaching the team to bigger and better versions of themselves.

Some things close to my heart are philanthropy and community service. I am a girl who loves Wichita. I am also a girl who loves her faith and I am so thankful I can live my faith openly. I love to lift others up and listen to their stories and their perspective. I have a great husband, Ryan, who is my best friend and we have one son, Mason, who is growing up way to fast!

When I meet you, I hope you will enjoy the fact that I am always going above and beyond to make your experience the best. I am a positive person and a sensitive empath. My dad says that I will always try to find the silver lining in every situation and hopefully make you laugh too! I look forward to meeting you.

Late Arrivals
To be respectful to other guests and their scheduled appointments, if you are more than 15 minutes late to your appointment, you may be asked to see another stylist or reschedule. We always try to accomodate everyone but sometimes it is not possible.

Missed Appointments
We understand life is hectic and unpredictable. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we request that you do so at least 24 hours prior to your appointment time. No shows & last minute cancellations within the 24 window, will require a deposit for booking that is non-refundable in the event of last minute cancellation or no show. Otherwise, the deposit will be applied to the service fees for the day.

No Show/ Last Minute Cancellation Booking Fee
A 50% cost of service fee will be collected upon booking your next appointment. As long as you show up and or cancel before the 24 hour window, this fee will be applied to your service cost. Otherwise, the fee is non-refundable.
