Meet Carly Kate Walker | Stylist

Hi!
My career as a cosmetologist came pretty naturally to me. I am a care-taker at heart. I love making others feel their best and up-lifting their spirits. I have a knack for seeing the best in others and helping those qualities shine through. I absolutely love meeting people and building relationships with others. I have worked hard to develop the technical skills I need to keep my clients looking awesome.

I was literally born into this industry. I grew up in the salon since my mother has been in it longer than I have been alive. It is in my blood and my heart. I have two older sisters who both live long distances away. I miss them so much. My life changed in dramatic fashion when my son, Bodhi, was born in 2019. He is simply amazing and I love being his momma. I’m still figuring it all out but having a lot of fun doing it. I’m a social girl and love going to events and sharing fun experiences with my friends and family.

When you meet me in the salon, I want you to feel cared for and listened to. I hope to connect and really get to know you so that I can bring out the best in you. I believe how you feel on the inside reflects on the outside, so I try to help with both.  I will work hard to understand your desires and goals and make them come to fruition. I love to teach you the tools, products and techniques you need to be happy with your look when you’re on your own. I take it all seriously and it shows in my demeanor at times. But I hope you will see the fun, loving, big-hearted person I am too!
